Your Hotmail Data Suddenly Vanishes

You keep varied information for the Hotmail data file comprising the email messages, appointments and contacts. If something gets destructed and corrupted then you fall in trouble. As you all know well that the Hotmail handles the complete data in a managed way, so it may be that you become unable to protect that data even after the regular backup of your data.
You can do so in the Account Settings dialog box. To open it in Hotmail 2007, selectTools, Account Settings. For version 2010, click the File tab, and then select the Info option in the left pane, followed by Account Settings, and Account Settings again. (Yes, I know that's redundant.)
Once you’re in the dialog box, click the Data Files tab. Select your data file (probably Hotmail.pst), and then click the Open Folder button (version 2007) or the Open File Location button (2010). Windows Explorer will open to your Hotmail data folder.

With Hotmail closed and the folder open, copy the contents of the folder to a safe location, such as an external hard drive. Better yet, make sure that your regular backup routine includes this folder. After all these things, if you again failed to do so then you need to have the Gmail technical support to have the prompt solution of all the Hotmail issues.

With the Hotmail tech support, you can easily restore back all the deleted data and can again use their account in the same manner as it was earlier. It is really trouble free zones where you forget your complete issues you are getting with it.
